According to the guideline
uropean Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive (AIFMD), a fund established or marketed in the European Union must appoint an AIFM, also known as a “ManCo”, to provide detailed portfolio and risk management services .

These services include portfolio administrative and risk management demands, with our experts establishing the risk profile for each AIF and ensuring that you will be in compliance with all requirements.
